About Bass Custom:

Bass Custom started in 2003 with a few seemingly disparate ideas:  "Lasers are cool!", "Wouldn't it be fun to spend every day being creative?", and "Slate Rocks!" A few things have changed for us since then, but these founding principles remain "rock" solid.  We still love playing with the laser, and regularly find novel uses for the equipment in work down times.  Some of these ideas seep into our products, while others just give us a chuckle.  Laser-engraved pecans anyone?

Bass Custom is a small business, and in our challenging economic times, we are more grateful than ever to our customers who continue to send us work.  Supporting us keeps jobs in the community, whether you view that as Seattle or as a national local community.  We also appreciate all the fan mail!  About three quarters of our customers take the time to send us thank you notes, using phrases like "It was a big hit!"  If you are a Bass Custom fan as well, join us at our page on facebook! Who are Bass Custom's customers?  Over 90 percent of our patronage comes from individuals looking to order one slate address sign for their house, or a single custom tap handle for their kegerator.  While we can accommodate larger orders, we know the value of small, and understand the person behind personalization.
